I am finally here with a mini workout video for you guys ! Trust me, I am not an expert at this fitness thing at all. I am learning as I go and I had help from Rachel and my best friend Myoshi on this one.

This session was about 2 hours long, but it was worth it. lol You are probably thinking what were we doing for 2 whole hours. Rachel had us focus on a couple of different exercises targeting mainly our legs and abs. Trust me, 3 days after this workout I was still in pain. I could barely sit down!
