This year I want to focus on all the things I haven't been paying close attention to. I have been doing great at work and that has motivated me to also focus on things in my personal life as well. This relates to weight loss, skin care, hygiene, hair growth, etc. I have been taking small steps to make these changes effective sooner than later. I have started on my weight loss journey already. I have another post that talks more in detail about my gym routines. As for skin care, I will write a post about the Burt's Bees products I have been using that have really made my skin glow.
What has really been a game changer for me is drinking lots of water. I never drank coffee so that wasn't something that affected the transition to only drinking water, however from time to time I did drink soda which I comepletely avoid now. The only other thing I drink is my TEAMI BLENDS tea, which is great for bloating and speeding up my metabolism. I normally have a cup of this tea after I workout at the gym or before going to bed. From time to time, I substitute the tea for a quick green or fruit smoothie. This is a great way to take in vegetables and fruits on a daily basis.
