I noticed that with working out 5 times a week I get hungry more often, so I try to drink a lot of water to curve my appetite. A couple of months ago I even started taking a protein shake called, "Juice Plus +." I mix it with almond milk or water sometimes. This shake helps give me a boost of energy to start off my day. It can act as a meal replacement before or after the gym.
